JULY Table Activities & Initiatives
July was filled with fellowship and fun — from the Vietnam Family Outbound and Mahakal Darshan to engaging sessions like the 1st BM & LAPD, Coffee, and Movie Fellowships, fostering learning and togetherness among RTI 242 members.

August featured vibrant fellowships and key events, including Friendship Day at Muraka Farms (3rd Aug), FTE School Search (8th Aug), Pankaj Kakwani’s birthday (11th Aug), Tabler family function (14th Aug), Independence Day Blood Donation (15th Aug), and Shreemaya Celebrity Fellowship (23rd Aug), along with BM sessions and AAGM planning in Bhopal, fostering collaboration and engagement.

SEPTEMBER Table Activities & Initiatives
In September, the table hosted several engaging events, including the BM meet and Hookah fellowship at Somani Farm on 20th Sept, and a Diwali planning social at AFC on 24th Sept with all Indore table chairpersons. The month concluded with a fun movie night at Nexus Central Mall on 26th Sept, fostering bonding, collaboration, and community spirit among members.
World Meet – Gurgaon (3–7 Sept)
An international gathering in Gurgaon from 3rd to 7th September, promoting global collaboration, cultural exchange, and networking among participants.
BM Meet at Mitti Café (20th Sept)
A BM meeting held on 20th September at Mitti Café, combining discussions, planning, and fellowship in a warm, engaging setting.
Diwali Planning Social at AFC (24th Sept)

October Table Activities & Initiatives
October was marked by meaningful extensions and vibrant fellowship events, including internal extension of new tablers, joint social with five tables, birthday and festive celebrations, and recognition through the Captain of Industry Award. The month also featured productive BM meetings and the Sharing Is Caring drive, reflecting a strong spirit of fellowship, service, and collaboration.
Internal Extension (3rd October)

Vivek Chug – Captain of Industry Award (9th Oct)

A heartfelt Sharing Is Caring drive conducted from 3rd to 12th and on 17th, reaching out to different parts of the community.
November Table Activities & Initiatives
In November, a series of impactful events was organized to engage the community and strengthen fellowship. The month began with Publicity Day on 9th November, followed by Community Service & Heal on 10th November. On 11th November, a joint blood donation drive was conducted by all tables of Indore. Environmental awareness was promoted through Go Green & Twinklers on 12th November. Mid-month featured key gatherings, including the CSR Donor Meet and BKC Coffee Fellowship on 13th November. Children’s Day was celebrated on 14th November at McDonald’s, and National Fellowship Day was observed on 15th November. The month concluded with a Dinner Fellowship at Amit Goyal Farms on 28th November and the IIM MTA Program, held from 28th to 30th November, focusing on management training and learning.

RTI Week was celebrated from 9th to 15th November, showcasing the spirit and values of Round Table India through various fellowship, service, and engagement activities.
On 11th November, Blood Donation Day was organized to encourage people to donate blood, support patients in need, and promote awareness about the importance of saving lives through blood donation.
​On 14th November, Children’s Day was celebrated with activities at McDonald’s, focusing on fun, engagement, and special moments for children.
An energetic sports fellowship held on 26th November at Venus, where members came together for fun, fitness, and friendly competition. The event promoted teamwork, active participation, and strengthened bonds through sports and camaraderie.
Sq.Leg. Deepak Agrawal’s Father’s Birthday (3rd Nov)
A heartfelt room fellowship held on 3rd November to celebrate Deepak Agrawal’s father’s birthday.The gathering was filled with warmth, respect, and togetherness, creating cherished moments of family bonding and fellowship.
On 9th November, Publicity Day was observed with round table discussions to create awareness and engage the community about important campaigns and initiatives.
On 12th November, Go Green & Twinklers Day was focus on promoting environmental awareness, sustainability, and engaging activities to encourage eco-friendly practices among the community.

​On 28th November, a dinner fellowship was held at Amit Goyal Farms, bringing members together for fellowship, networking, and meaningful interactions in a relaxed setting.
A delightful fellowship held on 8th November at Nakshatra, graciously hosted by Mohit Bhargava. Members enjoyed an evening of engaging conversations, laughter, and togetherness, strengthening bonds through warm fellowship.
On 10th November, Community Service & Heal day was focus on serving the community and promoting well-being through activities that help and support people in need.

On 13th November, the day was feature the FTE inauguration, a Bhoomi Puja ceremony, and a CSR Donor Meet, celebrating new beginnings, seeking blessings, and engaging with donors for community initiatives.
​A beautiful baby shower celebration held on 23rd November at Ohilio for Shruti Murarka. The event was filled with love, blessings, joy, and warm fellowship, creating memorable moments for family, friends, and fellow tablers.

The IIM MTA Program was held from 28th to 30th November. It is a 3-day event focused on management training and skill development.
December Table Activities & Initiatives
In December, key events engaged the community and promoted collaboration. On 5th December, a fellowship was held at Boho Farms with Anshul Jain, followed by the Bellumi Opening and fellowship with Pankaj on 6th December. On 13th December, multiple events took place, including the Bellumi fellowship with an NVC candidate, Ramada APL Auctions, and a social at Murarka Farms. On 14th December, the brick laying ceremony at FTE School and the 2 AEX event at Ujjain were held. The Vivek Award was celebrated on 17th December. Towards the end of the month, the Business Meet took place on 29th December, followed by the Ecobuild Meet and Coffee Fellowship on 30th December.
5th December – Fellowship at Boho Farms (Anshul Jain)
On 5th December, a fellowship was held at Boho Farms with Anshul Jain, focusing on networking, learning, and collaborative activities.
On 13th December, Ramada hosted the APL Auctions, focusing on bidding activities, networking, and engaging participants in the auction event.
On 14th December, the 2 AEX event was held in Ujjain, focusing on activities, engagement, and coordination among participants.
6th December – Bellumi Opening & Fellowship (Pankaj)
On 6th December, Bellumi was inaugurated, followed by a fellowship session with Pankaj, focusing on networking, celebrations, and community engagement.
On 13th December, a social event was held at Murarka Farms, focusing on community interaction, networking, and engagement activities.
On 17th December, the Vivek Award ceremony was held to honor and recognize outstanding contributions, achievements, and excellence.
On 13th December, a fellowship was held at Bellumi with the NVC candidate, focusing on networking, learning, and community engagement.
On 14th December, a brick laying ceremony was held at FTE School, marking a milestone in construction and development, with participation from the community and stakeholders.
On 20th December, Tabler Shankey Bansal attended the NAGM at Coimbatore on behalf of Table 242, representing the table and participating in the national meeting.
On 28th December, a fellowship was held in Dubai with Ashish Badlani, focusing on networking, discussions, and strengthening connections.
January Table Activities & Initiatives
In January, a series of engaging events was organized to promote fellowship, celebration, and new beginnings. On 3rd and 4th January, the Area Premier League was conducted along with a fellowship, encouraging sportsmanship and bonding among members. This was followed by the Bhoomi Poojan ceremony on 7th January, marking an auspicious start. On 8th January, a coffee fellowship was held at Eyry Café, offering a relaxed space for networking and discussions. Finally, on 11th January, RT 242 organized the Lotus Trip, focused on fellowship, bonding, and shared experiences among members.
3rd January – Area Premier League & Fellowship (Day 1)
On 3rd January, Day 1 of the Area Premier League kicked off with matches and activities, followed by a fellowship aimed at promoting sportsmanship, bonding, and camaraderie among members.
On 11th January, RT 242 organized the Lotus Trip, offering members an opportunity for fellowship, bonding, and shared experiences.
On 21st January, a Business Meet was held at Yashwant Club, Indore, along with CPR and LAPD training to promote professional networking as well as awareness and preparedness for life-saving emergency response skills.
3rd January – Night Fellowship Party at Murarka Farms
On 3rd January night, a fellowship party was held at Murarka Farms, bringing members together for celebration, bonding, and lively fellowship.

On 7th January, the Bhoomi Poojan ceremony was performed to mark an auspicious beginning and seek blessings for the project.
On 17th January 2026, RT 242 celebrated Lohri with a fellowship gathering, bringing members together to enjoy cultural traditions, warmth, and togetherness.
On 4th January, Day 2 of the Area Premier League continued with matches and activities, followed by a fellowship, strengthening sportsmanship, bonding, and camaraderie among members.
On 8th January, a coffee fellowship was hosted at Eyry Café, providing an informal setting for networking, discussions, and camaraderie.
On 26th January, a blood donation drive was organized at Yashwant Club, Indore, alongside the Republic Day celebration, promoting patriotism, community service, and the spirit of saving lives.
February Table Activities & Initiatives
On 14th February, RT 242 organized a Social Valentine’s Day Celebration to promote fellowship and engagement among members. The event was hosted by Kayva–Ashish Badlani, Sneha–Pankaj Kakwani, and Aditi–Udit Sodani. Members came together for fellowship and engaging activities. On 22nd February, a pickleball tournament was organized at Venus Sports Club between players from all 4 Indore round tables, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and bonding among members.
RT 242 Social – Valentine’s Day
RT 242 is organizing a Social Valentine’s Day celebration on 14th February. The event was hosted by Kayva-Ashish Badlani, Sneha-Pankaj Kakwani, and Aditi-Udit Sodani.
22nd February – Pickleball Tournament at Venus Sports Club
On 22nd February, a pickleball tournament was organized at Venus Sports Club Arena between players from all four Indore Round Tables, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and fellowship among members.
March Table Activities & Initiatives
In March, RT 242 organized international fellowship activities. Members went on the RT 242 Boys Outbound trip to Sri Lanka, creating opportunities for travel, bonding, and shared experiences. During the visit, an International Business Meeting (BM) was also held, where members met the Past President of Round Table Sri Lanka, along with members of 41’ers Sri Lanka, strengthening international fellowship and connections.
4th March – Holi Fellowship
On 4th March, a Holi Fellowship was celebrated, bringing members together to enjoy the festival of colors with joy, bonding, and festive spirit.
25th March – Watch Duradhar Movie at Zodiac Mall
On 25th March, members watched the movie Duradhar at Zodiac Mall, The Drama Factory, coming together for entertainment, bonding, and fellowship.
6-10 March - RT 242 Boys Outbound – Sri Lanka
RT 242 organized an International Business Meeting (BM), where members came together to discuss table matters, share ideas, and strengthen fellowship in an international setting.
9 March - RT 242 International BM
During the RT 242 International Business Meeting in Sri Lanka, members had the opportunity to meet the Past President of Round Table Sri Lanka and members of 41’ers Sri Lanka, strengthening international fellowship and connections.
29th March - IRT 242 – Little MasterChef at Bellumi
IRT 242 organized the Little Master Chef event at Bellumi, where children participated and showcased their culinary skills, promoting creativity, fun, and fellowship among members.
April Table Activities & Initiatives
In April, RT 242 organized several fellowship and social events. On 2nd April, RT 297 inaugurated the Government H.S. School at Mangaliya, attended by RT 242 IRT Chairman Rahul Bhandari, followed by a fellowship with the National Vice President. On 5th April, IRT 242 organized the social event “Sabh-e-Malwa,” hosted by Abhimanyu–Rachna, Mohit–Mansi, and Vivek–Preet, encouraging fellowship and cultural engagement. On 18th April, IRT 242 organized the Girls Outbound, creating opportunities for travel, bonding, and shared experiences among members. On 19th April, a Business Meeting (BM) was held at Bellumi, where members came together to discuss table matters and strengthen fellowship.
2nd April – RT 297 Govt. H.S. School Mangaliya Inauguration
On 2nd April, RT 297 inaugurated the Government H.S. School at Mangaliya, marking a significant step towards supporting education and infrastructure development for students. The event was attended by RT 242 IRT Chairman Rahul Bhandari.
5th April – IRT 242 Social “Sabh-e-Malwa”
On 5th April, IRT 242 organized the social event “Sabh-e-Malwa,” hosted by Abhimanyu–Rachna, Mohit–Mansi, and Vivek–Preet, bringing members together for fellowship, cultural bonding, and engagement.
2nd April – Fellowship with National Vice President
On 2nd April, a fellowship was held with the National Vice President, fostering interaction, networking, and strengthening bonds among members.

18th April – IRT 242 Girls Outbound

19th April – BM at Bellumi
On 19th April, a Business Meeting (BM) was held at Bellumi, where members came together to discuss table matters, share ideas, and strengthen fellowship.
May Table Activities & Initiatives
In May, RT 242 organized fellowship and community-focused activities. On 7th May, the LBW Cricket Fellowship was conducted, bringing members together for sportsmanship, bonding, and fellowship through cricket. On 9th May, an FTE School Visit was organized, where members visited the school to review progress, interact with students, and support educational initiatives.

15th May – Anganwadi Kendra Annapurna Inauguration by Ladies
On 15th May, the Anganwadi Kendra Annapurna was inaugurated by the Ladies Circle 194. The event was attended by IRT 242 Chairman Tr. Rahul Bhandari was pinned by Head Board Indore United Ladies Circle 194 Chairperson Garima Gupta, marking a meaningful initiative towards community development and child welfare.
15th May – LAPD Session by Dr. Shreyash Bansal at Business Meet
On 15th May, a Business Meet was conducted covering all agendas, along with the distribution of induction kits to 5 members and welcoming 6 new prospects to their first official meeting. Dr. Shreyas Bansal also conducted a LAPD session on sexual wellness, addressing taboos and myths surrounding the topic.
